Led by the husband-and-wife duo, Joshua and Cristin, Pegasus Homes stands as a leading luxury staging and design studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. With a following of over 30,000, our projects have been featured in various media outlets, and our team has won multiple awards for both vacant luxury and occupied staging. Initially established as a staging firm, Pegasus has evolved over the past six years into a versatile staging house, now offering three distinct lines of staging services, pre-market improvements, design solutions, and soon, a furniture line. With over 20 years of combined experience in corporate and C-level roles, Joshua and Cristin have leveraged their expertise to cultivate a team culture based on core values dedicated to creating stunning spaces that highlight the character of each home, while considering the preferences of today's buyers to let them dream of a life that could be.
