Our Process
We make staging easy and fun for our Agent Partners. From the initial walk-through to the final install, we collaborate closely to create a customized plan that highlights the property’s strengths and appeals to today’s buyers. We provide transparent pricing, stick to agreed timelines, and ensure a smooth, reliable process every step of the way.
Once the proposal is approved and payment is received, we typically schedule the installation within 7 to 14 days. Installation timelines vary based on the service type, but usually take between 1 to 3 days to complete. After the home sells, we ask that you complete the destage form, so we can coordinate the removal of staging. Destaging is generally scheduled within 7-10 days of receiving the form, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
